Glad To Be Back

I've been up to no good lol.... image Did a shrug and slacks with no pattern unless you count me tracing my old slacks as a mock pattern...also whipped up a no sew purse out of one yard fabric, yes NO SEW... Then I moved on to cutting out and fitting another outfit...haven't been following patterns much I'm used to doing it as I see it then do it, but wanted to give this a try.. image It's by McCall's I don't remember the number but I'll make sure to include all that once I finish it completely... Today was my Sew Sunday....so after making sure all is alright with the fitting I pinned it and hoping to sew it tomorrow or Tuesday after work...then I'm in to the pants..the pattern asks for capris but I want to do pants instead... I've been missing because life got so busy...been crocheting running my business and all...taking care of kids... image image image When I wasn't taking care of kids and household, running my businesses I was writing...now published author of a few books signed with a company writing under the pen name Shiana... Signed with a company... image image And I run a publishing company...but I always still found time for everything I enjoyed....glad to be back Blogging...hugs...     For those working from home, especially in the quarantine times, entertainment becomes challenge. Just when I thought things was looking up. We have been home with no problem with Nesa being admitted to the hospital since January. We come for her to get her blood drawn 2 to 3 times a week grrr but, we have to do it. She sees her transplant liver doctor once a week. Grr but, have to do it. Everything was looking good. They said, something about a biopsy a couple of times but, then Nesa's blood work improved over night or in 2 days so that biopsy will be canceled. Until yesterday Nesa goes to the nurse's office at school saying she not feeling good. Her temp 100.5. I call her liver doctor's nurse they said, don't give her anything and they want to see if her fever can go down on it's own. Nope about 2 hours later I get a call from my mom because my mom had Nesa. Saying Nesa temp is now 101.9 so I rush to leave school and now we is at the hospital since yesterday. As of today they have done ultrasound, chest x-ray, blood work to find out why this fever came along. ...

Wow I've Ben MIA I totally forgot about this blog, I guess with life and such, but of course I've been still crafty with selling my sewing, crochet and jewelry items. I've had a few people ask me why I don't have a blog....I guess Facebook became like a blog to me but I do want to get back to blogging to connect with other crafty people through blogs....I guess blogging hasn't out played themselves...all the people that subscribed to me maybe like WHAT lol or forgot me...in due time though...I would like to connect with old blog friends...

WOW it's been awhile since I logged on. I've been so busy everyone. Nesa was in the hospital for the whole month of January due to rejection but, she is doing better now. To make a long story short she is back in school. She is more happy YAY. We home more now then before. I've been working and school been taking up a lot of my time. Don't get in much crocheting. But, I have been teaching 3rd graders up to the 5th graders how to crochet at my kids after school program. One day back in January I got a call from the person that runs the afterschool program asking me questions about crocheting and all. He found out about me though Nesa and Nellie's teachers because in the pass I've been them things and they remember me. So I got a job from word by mouth. YAY lol. The girls are getting the hang of it. Well some of the girls. Oh before I started teaching the girls at the school. I went ahead and taught Nesa first.
